I'm for school choice and vouchers....as long as public schools get to play by the same rules as private schools. The biggest issues with public schools are a result of the laws and regulations foisted on them by government entities that limit discipline, curriculum, and safety. Get rid of the TEA and let independent school districts be INDEPENDENT.
