I have been pondering the idea of building trap and skeet fields along with pistol and rifle ranges. I currently have a 300 yard burm that I shoot at now for wasting watermelons and old tv sets.

I am interested on where to look or who to talk to, to be able to open the range for a private club. Can I get some suggestions and insight?

    Thanks,
    Travis

I can't answer your core question, but killin' an old TV must be good!
I'll bring some spare ammo if you'll let me shoot for free. :-)

Just document the whole process, might help some other people and make things easier for them. BTW even I have the idea going around in head of starting a long range (1000+) in or around DFW.
