KCRA, according to Google, is in Suckramento. The video IS rather short with no information. What was the man beating the woman with? Where was it? How many others were involved? Did the man beating the woman know that anyone OC in the Peoples' Яepublik of Kalifornia has to have the weapon unloaded?
