    Howdy!

    I know that if you qualify with a semi auto you can carry either a semi or revolver. For qualification purposes do you have to shoot the pistol that you will carry or can you use the one you shoot best

    The handgun you qualify with doesn't necessarily have to be your carry weapon, as long as it's .32 caliber or larger.

    Exactly so - qualify w/a semi-auto over .32 caliber, and you can carry anything ya like. The wife qualified with a P232, but usually carries her Chief's Special.
