    From the link I read this idiotic idea didn't mention it's voluntary.

    I cannot imagine some dipshits showing up at my door and expect I 'have' to let them take blood samples...gdam-it!

    Glad I don't live in Houston. But, if I did, my security cameras would pick them up before they got to my house and then I would know not to answer my door.
    Yeah, except that if most people don't answer, they will progress to kicking down your door. Because that is how tyrants roll.
