Recommend a RDS

I'm building a 300 Blackout pistol.

I need some recommendations about a good, not too expensive, red dot sight for it.

I have a Vortex Sparc II, Primary Arms MRD and a Sig Romeo 5. Of the 3 my favorite is the primary arms. It doesn't blow out the dot as bad as the other as the intensity increases. That said if I buy another I will probably go to a Holosun of some sort. They have more features and look to be nice sights for the money.

Sig Sauer Romeo 5. Even less expensive: Bushnell TRS-25. But the Sig is better. Primary Arms Red Dots are pretty good. But the Sig is better.

Holosun makes affordable sights that are becoming renowned for their quality and durability. Vortex and Sig are great, but I'd give Holosun a hard look before pursuing other manufacturers.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Holosun makes Sig's red dot sights. I haven't tried one of the MRDS, but I've got one mounted on a 9mm PCC that's similar in size and footprint to the Aimpoint Micro. It's a blowback platform so it has some pretty snappy recoil but has yet to kill the Holosun.

I have 2 Bushnell TRS25 on two guns, one being a 300blk AR pistol. Works great but has not seen hard use.

I’ve had great luck with primary arms mds both old and new for years now.

I have several "Holosun's" and a "DI Optical" (South Korean) that have all been excellent RDS's. The "DI Optical" appears to be more sturdy (very heavily built).
