What risk?
I've shot thousands of "Glock bulged" .40 brass that I reloaded with my Dillon XL650 and their 1996 vintage carbide dies. These reloads were fed through my SIG and/or Glock multiple times, and never once did I have a jam, split, or a case head separation.
In the last 3 years, I've shot well over 10,000 rounds of 9mm through Glocks, STI's, and XDM's. Still don't have any issues with Glock bulge.
