Sears has a great selection of benches with thick MDF board and plenty of bench top overhang for installing a press. I recommend using a couple of 2”X2” angle brackets to screw the bench to your wall for extra stability.
I ended up buying strong mounts for both of my reloading presses to get them up closer to eye level. This is a lot easier on your back if you plan to spend a lot of time reloading.
My bench is 2’X4.5’X1 ½” and it’s plenty big enough for my Dillon 650 and Hornady Lock & load presses
may be A little bigger than you want, but this work bench is awesome. I built one for my gun cleaning/ hobby workbench. IIRC it cost around $150 with a 4ft light and buying about 3x as many screws as I needed.
