    I have this soft spot for sad country songs. And not for the reasons that some might think. I don't find them depressing, but in a way, just the opposite. I find them real. They also make the best songs to dance to as well. And I love to slow dance with my best lady! Dancing was one of our things, that brought us together many years ago.

    Patsy Cline. Wow! She had a beautiful voice.

    Clint Black had some really good songs. Actually some really great sad songs too. Yeah, I have danced to this one quite a few times. It always reminds me of a very special lady in my life at the time, that was huge help in getting over my first divorce. She will always have a special place in my heart. She loved this song.

    And we can't forget about George Strait. He brought country music back to it's roots. And he has had some really great sad country songs. Hell, I have probably danced to just about every GS song!
