The driver is an idiot and should have his dumbass thrown under the jail. No way was any of that justifiable.
He sped up and harassed the other driver for gods sake.
Gray car driver probably felt threatened(I would too) and presented the gun to ward off the retard.
Retard opens fire. No excuses for that stupidity.

The ricer was wrong first. The other guy had to keep it real

Twenty some years ago my ship was in Naples, Italy. A buddy and I were walking down the road when an American from the local Navy base pulled over to offer a ride. He had a right hand drive Ford car with a 5 speed manual he had bought while stationed in the U.K. After a little talk of the difficulties adjusting to shifting with the left hand he offered to let me drive.
As we went down this major thoroughfare he kept reaching over and honking the horn. I finally asked him why. He said you have to honk to tell the guy at the intersection not to pull out in front of you. After that I noticed that horns were blaring all over the place for seemingly no reason. I guess there's not road rage in Naples because someone honked at you.
