BitCoin speculators maybe, but I would think that people who've managed to make cryptocurrency viable for themselves would have the least to get upset about. Considering how hard it is to catch someone for not reporting it, they don't really have to.Theoretically, moving cryptocurrency is also to be made subject to reporting and that's one helluva fuzzy area. I suspect the BitCoin folks have their hair on fire over this but normal people will not be impacted.
