I think the new KelTec shotgun is 10X better than the saiga. I just dont like a magazine on a shotgun. The twin tubes on the keltec should be great.
I will have one, if I ever find a place that has some.
KelTec cant seem to answer the damn phone when I call about it.

Can someone fill me in on this story?

ATF stated tomorrow they will announce a ruling affecting the importability of certain shotguns. Speculation is they will ban importation of the Saiga 12 and perhaps declare it a DD.

I would think the NRA would be in some Federal Courthouse filing injunctions before the ink is dry on that ATF memo.

We can hope. It could turn into another landmark 2A case over "sporting purposes".
