It is a bit late to join the party if you want to reload. Every component is being fetched up by the big boys to load factory ammo.

Good luck with presses, dies, cases, powder, primers, and boolits!

Potranco Wal-Mart got a pretty good shipment this evening. Had Remington 100 ct JHP 9mm, 45, 38, 380 and 357, 50 ct 9mm and 223. Silvertip 9mm, tula 9mm, 7.62x39 and 223. Lots of different hunting rounds but only a couple boxes each. No 22lr to speak of but they did get a case of the 225 rd Rem Golden Bullets last night. There were about 15 or so folks in line when they started selling about 7:30 and most everything was sold in the first few minutes.

Dang..22 is hard to find. I got a 100 round box of super x from academy the other day, but that is all they would sell me.

Yeah, kind of shocked me, I walked up to the ammo counter and there were 5 boxes of the 22lr sitting on the shelf, nobody around, had to do a double take. Then up comes a guy dragging a manager with him to sell him 3 boxes so I bought the last 2 and was happy to get them.

Atleast you got some. I have been buying 4 boxes of .223 a day from academy in San Marcos. I got a box of 7.62x39 from them today as well.

.22lr was really scarce this week. Hopefully WM and Academy will get more in this week coming up. I'm getting ready to make a trip to colorado and it looks like they have .22lr up there.

So several Wal-Marts got the 1000 rd boxes of Winchester M-22 22lr tonight. They only come 2 boxes to a case so you will have to be there early to get one but the stores that have them are Military/410, 1604/281, SE Miliatry and Converse. Good luck!
