***SOLD PENDING MEET*** Smith and Wesson M and P 22 handgun. Like new condition. Original owner, and has Warranty Registration and Shell casing that come with it. May be willing to haggle on the price. Comes with the One factory Magazine. Looking for $300.

I'll take it for sure if you'll take $60 for the Plinkster and it's in good condition internally/externally -- it either works and has a good bore, or it doesn't. Can meet later today, depending on distance and location.

It was my bad for not updating the thread earlier. I had gone to bed just before he sent the "ill take it" in pm form, and didnt have time to update before running to work.

A PM is not a commitment to buy, nor does anyone know what the PM was about. If he was wanting to buy it, then why didn't he simply state that in the thread and then follow it up with a PM?

To be fair and upfront, most forums require a person to post an "I'll take it" so there is no doubt as to who was first. It should be that way on here as well, as I've seen numerous instances were someone committed to buy it only to be undercut because of similar circumstances...
