I wanted to go but didn't.....can anyone tell me. Was there any deals on a 22 rifle. I am looking for a plinker for my Son to learn with.
A friend of mine called to tell me about some .22 ammo for sale there. 555 round bulk box: $125. We both had a good laugh.

I didn't see much in the way of 22s, but wasn't looking that closely either. Saw an AR15 style .22 going for $699 which surprised me. I didn't have any idea how much those ran for before hand, but I didn't think they were much more than that and I would have guessed it would have sold at a much higher price than that now days. It did have pink accessories though (Which honestly, if I was made of money would have snagged it for my daughter's first rifle).

I like the show overall. I've been known to look at the same third Gen S&W semi-auto pistol for several shows in a row. Some decent prices. Some silly.

Found a fair priced 20 round used Colt AR15 mag last time I went. That was about it. Ammo is ridiculous. EBRs are really high but that's to be expected.

I won't stand in line an hour to get in (Saturday) but will walk around leisurely (Sunday) even though the selection is usually less.
