Does anyone know what parts I need to make my ak look like an ak-74u??

You could do a Draco size with a Front Sight/Gas Block, AMD65 Piston and Gas Tube.

These parts are going to cost you as much as a Tula AKS-74u parts kit and you are going to have to source them all over the internet. For ~$150 more than the parts kit, you could build an SBR AKS-74u, then $200 to the ATF for the stamp.
