SBR & Form 4 approval in Houston

Has anyone here tried to get CLEO approval for a SBR setup in the Houston area? Would it be easier to go the cooperate route instead?

I haven't heard of anyone that was able to get a sign off in Harris County. Everyone I know here has used a trust. It is easier to set up and maintain than a corporation.
