    Pretty sure you gotta engrave the name of the trust along with City and State. Also, Trust names can not be abbreviated, so choose its name wisely. Hard to word wrap on a lower receiver. ;)

    If you use the trust on your Form 1 as the "entity" requesting the license to "make and register a firearm" which is what you are doing when you register a lower receiver for use as an SBR your trust become the per se "manufacturer" of the receiver and must be engraved on the receiver.
