Schedule A Questions for Mr. Cody and others

Mr. Cody did an excellent job on my trust. I am asking my questions about the schedule A here in case others will benefit.

When listing the NFA item, what all is listed (i.e. serial #, make, model?)

Is the date under the title and in the initial assets paragraph the date the trust was initially notarized or is it the present date (after the items were added)?

Once NFA items are added, under miscellaneous, do you leave the $10

Also since there is a signature block do you have to resign it after every purchase?

1. Thanks for the kind words.
2. Manufacturere, Model and serial number. Acutally, you simply need to provide enough informaiton to identify the item such as a serial number.
3. sign each time if you use the word doc version and redate at the top. The date in the body of the para is the date the trust was executed.

Sean, can I get the word doc from you? I need to add my 30P-1 to it.
