That's easy to do their argument is bullshit. Because peoples actions are the problem not the tool used. It all breaks down to they want to rule us so they could care less about logic.

The 2nd and 9th Circuits are going to go up in flames. They live for intermediate scrutiny BS, and so many of their decisions are based on that 2-step garbage that SCOTUS just said you can shove up your arse.

I can see appeals for TONS of decisions going back years. Just a few cases that were waiting on this decision:

Duncan V Bonta (large cap mags, waiting on this decision)
Young v Hawaii (carry in Hawaii, waiting on this decision)
Rupp v Becerra ("assault" weapons, waiting on this decision)

Rhode v. Becerra (challenge to CA ammo sales, waiting on Duncan, above)

Flanagan v. Harris ( carry, waiting on Young v Hawaii, above)
Nichols Vs. Brown (carry, waiting on Young also)


Now all those decision not only have to be made in the light that carry in public is totally protected by the 2A, but also that intermediate scrutiny and 2-step evaluations are not options for 2A cases, the only test is the text and history. It won't change how insurrectionist courts like the 9th decide things, but when you appeal those cases, it means if SCOTUS grants your appeal you'll win for sure.

Exactly because its people that commit the act. Thus the tool is irrelevant. The laws are about controlling lawabiding citizens so that eventually the corrupt pols can have absolute power over us. They have spent decades brainwashing their subjects to the point that their subjects don't know they are the frogs in the boiling pot. These corrupt pols believe that they have enough people in their reality distortion field now that they can do what ever they want and the Constitution be damned.
