Second Nilgai Hunt

Back in South Texas yesterday and got my first nilgai bull last night.

Using guide’s gun, Savage .300 win mag and pulsar thermion.

Stalked for almost 2 miles.

Shot was from 100 yards, in the neck and zero steps taken. Lights out.

Not a monster, but an absolute hoot to stalk and shoot.

I seriously could have used it, lol. Made it work with a hatchet though.

Came out of bug bin two days ago.
Bleaching is done. When it is 100% dry I will start peroxide treatment.
