I'm buying a complete COLT'S "parts kit" for assembling a Model 1911 GOVERNMENT MODEL in .38 SUPER caliber, to EDC in a Latin American nation.
(We are planning to retire in 2021 to a nation where .45ACP, 9x19mm, 9x18mm & several other popular handgun/rifle calibers are PROHIBITED "as weapons of war" to anyone but the national military forces.)

ALL that I need to complete the project is a GOOD USED bare frame by any one of the quality makers.

Something between FREE & perhaps 150 bucks.
(PSA often has had in the recent past NEW 1911 frames for 99.oo, so I'm not excited about paying a "scalper's price". - Also a NEW Model 1911 type pistol can be bought for less than 350.oo.)
