Did Obama forget to appoint Andrew Traver head of the BATFE as a "recess appointment"?
Back in November we were all worried.. Now time is almost up and the BATFE is still headless. Conformation hearings will be brutal for AT facing a conservative Senate.
Is the big O running scared? He's been known to use recess appointments for other contriversial appointments such as Robert Stephen Ford as Ambassador to Syria and James Cole as deputy attorney general.
