Shiping a handgun

I'm not sure if this the right place to ask this question but........If someone on this forum wants to purchase a handgun from me that I listed in the classifieds and lives in a different city than me, is it legal to ship to the person directly or do I need to send to an FFL in his city?

There are two other very long threads on this same subject,just do a search. I was one of the original posters asking this same question. I would just take it to an FFL and have them ship it to the other person's FFL. Most legal way to do it...your butt is covered, and it will probably be cheaper than sending it yourself.

Search for those threads...they went round and round on the subject....
