Shot Show 2014 Home Remington R51
I finally was able to handle the Remington R 51 today. We discussed this on guns over Texas radio and Jeff and his brother were not impressed with the R 51. I kind of like it. It feels OK in the hand.
Of course being a Glock shooter probably anything feels good in my hand. The slide is not smooth like a Browning design pistol. Of course we've been shooting browning style actions 100 or so years and are used to the way the Browning action feels. The real proof will come when we get the opportunity to shoot the r51 next to the Boberg and the Glock 19.
