Okay here is the deal folks, I sent my packet in ,snail mail, about 2 weeks ago and I was told by my instructor that my PIN should come pretty quickly. Well I didn't receive my PIN so I sent in an email to get one. I got a reply almost immidiately, which was shocking in itself however when I try to log in it tells me "No Application or Certificate on file"... Am I jumping the gun, no pun intended, or should I call and make sure they got my packet and that the PIN was really meant for me? If I am worrying about nothing at all please let me know as well!!!

Make sure you entered the PIN and SS# correctly. I did that once when mine had been saying "Processing Application" then it changed to that response. Scared me!!

I gave them a call when I didnt receive my pin, was told it had been mailed, but it would be again. Got it within a few days. Things happen, I think my wife accidentally threw away the first letter. It all worked out in the end.
