small engine testers/tools

I need to start fixing my 4 wheeler, various lawn mowers, tractors, and other 4 stroke engines. I need a compression tester and a idle speed tester( i guess a tach), a good set of feeler gauges, and a parts cleaner. Who caries the testers, and Ive seen a parts cleaner at tractor supply. Does any one have experience about one?? Thanks.

A good Auto Parts store should have everything you need.

Any autoparts store should have the testers. If not check www.harborfreight.com for some cheap stuff. The best thing i found for cleaning that type of stuff is engine degreaser or simple green and take it to the carwash.

What is your asking price?? Cant spend a lot of money right now. I do buy quality tools and parts when I do buy.
