I am a civilian. Will only trade/sell FTF in Austin. Unless you pay for it first, I wait for payments to clear, then ship out. I will not ship out of state, and will cannot ship overseas.
These plates are made by Armorworks and are the Kevlar/dyneema covered ceramic plates, not the cheapo made overseas rubber covered steel plates. These are M-80 rated for multi-hit 7.62 rounds.
