Only if Trump wins, nominated Cruz, and Cruz accepts.

I tend to agree with you guys; if the court has a "liberal leaning".... I just as soon not have any challenges come before it. Since decisions tend to establish a more-or-less permanent criteria on which future courses if action are based, it'd be good to just let sleeping dogs lie (at least until the court would take a more conservative bent).

I'd actually live with Hillary if she would put Cruz on the court. Although I don't see either one of them nominating him.

Not likely, but I see a much more conservative Justice from Trump.

I expect a rush, everything goes back order, price jump, CTD marks up cans to $30,000, market flood of garage suppressor manufacturers, big boys catch up with demand as the initial wave drops off, garage manufacturers fade away, prices come down about 30-50% from what they are now.

I guess that depends on if it's regulated the same as "ghost guns".

Depends if they allow imports. Those things are cheap in other parts of the world. You can only raise the price so much (unless you're CTD) before you start losing business if there is a supply available.

I worked for 5 1/2 years in calibration and repair of aircraft test equipment. We'd fix the instruments, send them back to service and they'd come back jacked up. We were certain that if we certified a 50 pound anvil and sent it out, it would come back F'ed up!

Our government is like that. They are experts in making things complicated, unclear, ambiguous and totally devoid of common sense! Expect that. F'ing things up is what they do best!

The lesson here is that you can screw over your customers as much as you want and hire Glenn Beck to bring in newer, dumber ones to keep you in business.

The lesson is that regulation drives up the cost of goods and services.

But the shot at CTD didn't have anything to do with legislation.

I get the part about cans being overpriced does.
