They apprehended the twit that stole the HK MP5 from Lonestar using her dead sister's ID,
but did they recover the weapon?

    And why only $30k bail?

I just saw their Facebook post an hour ago saying the lady was arrested but the mp5 was not yet recovered.

So far the gun isn't recovered. She better do federal time for this. Any of us would do time for something similar.

She will most likely plea bargain her way out of any serious time.
Easy to do with our currant, bought & paid for by Soros, DA.

Option 1: Take a plea in exchange for giving up the guy she gave gun to, and maybe even a bigger gun theft ring.

Option 2: Claim since it was a rental, she had no idea she was not allowed to take it home. The fact the employee let her walk out front door is prima facia evidence this was OK.

Well it's not an indoor range

I suppose it would be worth reviewing the rental contract to see if they have it hilariously open ended.

That sucks for Lonestar - hope they get it back in good condition. I really like that place.

Seeing who stole it, it might come back looking like this!!:p

    Out here by the lake!
Because you are racist! A person living in section 8 housing, with an Obama phone, who has a Lone Star Card & WIC Card and was seen yesterday at the food pantry has not received her reparations or 40 acres & a mule yet.
