How did the gun pro behind the counter not see her walking out, and why break policy in not getting a credit card?
Option 1: Take a plea in exchange for giving up the guy she gave gun to, and maybe even a bigger gun theft ring.
Option 2: Claim since it was a rental, she had no idea she was not allowed to take it home. The fact the employee let her walk out front door is prima facia evidence this was OK.
