Due to RA my hands cant deal with 45 recoil any more. I have a SDS Tisas 1911A1 with a 7 round mag that came with it and five 8 round mags. All loaded with HP ammo if ya want.

I am looking for a full sized 9mm 1911a1 or 1911 gov model type.

I will sell for $450 ftf with a ltc in sw houston.

    uilim,

May I inquire WHY you don't just buy a 9x19mm barrel, magazines & a 9mm Parabellum/.38 Super extractor?? = That will to the job perfectly.

Then you will have NO trouble selling the .45ACP barrel/8 magazines for a decent price.

I'm sorely tempted to buy your TISAS & buy a .38 SUPER BARREL & suitable extractor from J&G, so that I can shoot both .38 & ,45, with the change of calibers being QUICK.

WHICH Tisas .45 EXACTLY do you have??
(Tisas makes at least 4 sorts of 1911 in .45ACP)

    just my OPINON, satx

These are solid 1911"s. I have one just like this and it hasn't missed a beat.

    cwmoss,

I got to spend an afternoon on the range with the first TISAS 1911A1 that I ever saw. - It belongs to a retired MSG/E-8 here in The Alamo City.

Unless you read the slide markings, you would NEVER know that the TISAS pistol is NOT government issue.

    yours, satx

Yeah. I was trying to consolidate to one carry round, and .45 was just too expensive at the time, so I didn't.
