Steel challenge/competiton in DFW?

I want to try shooting steels. I want a casual group who shoot steel courses.

Are there any going on this weekend in the DFW area?

I'm in Ellis County so South is better.

We shoot Steel Challenge in Waco at the Central Texas Rifle & Pistol Club on the 2nd Sunday of the month.

http://www.ctrpclub.org/programs. open to the public for that event, and it's on the north side of Waco, so not too bad a drive for you.

Yessir, though in full disclosure I should tell you I am sponsored by ETTS as well. However, I've shot there for practice and competition for years before that occurred. I drive an hour to get there, I'd kill to have a place like that in my back yard!
