It’s a real shame it’s a post sample, as it looks great & sounds like built right.Parkerized and I'm calling it done...........I parkerized the repro bayonet (India) from Baboon's suggestion...It was painted a glossy black.......ugh...........

Welcome to TGT.One thing I've noticed with the Sterlings is the demill teams tended to get happy with the torches because they didn't understand the parts were brazed onto the receivers. Rather than heating them up and pulling off the bits, then just destroying the receiver tube, they just started cutting and hoped for the best. Same with the Brens where the ATF torch monkeys slagged the barrel nut slot or the mag catch. Makes me ill to think of the number of historically significant artifacts that were destroyed by wrongheaded policies.
