    Just talked with the owner of the largest solar installer company in So. TX. He said under the new CPS rules he will have to lay off 30 employees. Where's the Mayor? He claimed he wanted solar and the jobs it brings but he is totally silent. He also sits on the CPS board. CPS says they are going to charge me for the electricity I make for my home with my array on my property. CPS arrogance is outrageous.

    I like SB, but he is way too much into global warming and solar power. We do need alternative energy, just don't go all-in when Fracking is paying off so well.
