what have you been taking and your thoughts. as for me: post workout i take syntha 6 protien and pre workout ive been taking musclepharm (MP) assault with con-cret.let me say that the MP tasts like chalk. but i will say that it wont make you wired to the point of bouncing off walls for hours and you wont have the nasty anxiety/ crash. its a slow and steady hapy ending as the stuff wears off. im looking into P6 as i heard that if your realy trying to tear it up, that will help you.
