    Surefire has debuted their new 60 & 100rd coffin mags. At the ft. Benning 3 gun match.

    Looks interesting, but if they cost that much... Wow. I've heard that the Russians have had reliability issues with the similar design they developed for the AK.

    I took a photo of a 20 next to the coffin mags. the 60 compares favorable length wise.

    Looks cool. Magpul already filed a patent on a similar design for at least a ~60rd. If they can be reliable, sounds like they'd be a nice option to have at least one for the first mag in the gun so you can avoid that dreaded reload as long as possible without having a huge Beta C mag. Now just imagine a supersized Redi Mag with 2 60's or 2 100's. ;) lol

    The MAgpul was supposedly only a 50rd magazine per speculation.

    Hopeuflly these wprk as described. they certainly worked at SHOT SHOW.
