Also cut way back on carbs (especially sugar). Dropped about 10 lbs, blood sugar levels better. Feel better (except at mealtime :().

My wife has been doing this stir fry thing for a few months. I love Chinese food, and its kind of like that, only no awesome sauces. She puts the Braggs Amino's in it. Tastes pretty good. Stir fry veggies along with burger, venison burger, or venison chili meat.

Same reason for her, no breads / carbs. I'm just along for the ride, cuz I won't cook something different and I know its better for me than what I would cook.

I suffer from low testosterone levels. I am 38 years young and have had low levels for 10 years. I was on Test. therapy years ago, but change in health coverage and i had to stop it. Well I was finally able to get the VA to put me back on Test. therapy after two years of BS. With the VA the cover the testosterone so that is a huge money saver.
I had been using a private clinic and paying out of pocket. The clinic I used is out of Florida and they can do everything over the phone and email. They can put in an order for your blood work. You need to have Free Test, Total Test. and Test %. You also should have your estrogen and estradiol levels checked, along with your FSH and LH levels. Might as well get you growth hormone, hGH and IGF1. You really want to check all your endocrine system to get a clear picture. If you can't get your insurance to cover the therapy I can give you the contact for the clinic I used before the VA covered this. They are great and even saved me some money by using my labs from the VA. Literally once they had my labs and I qualified for treatment they had the prescription testosterone shipped to my door next day.
I am feeling great now that my total test level is in the 700s, and thats at the end of the week from injection. I am on 200mg of Test Cyp per week. I also just got the VA to add HCG and Clomid to the therapy for testicular atrophy, sperm production, and estrogen blocking.
Any questions just ask. I have been researching this for 10 years and seen by some excellent endocrinologist and urologist.

Oh another thing....there are ways to have lower levels of Test before the blood draw.
It's pretty easy and makes since. Test is produce during sleep, so stay up as late as possible the night before. They will want to test early in the morning when test levels are the highest, so try to give blood at say 930am verses 7am. the 5 days before the test limit your protein intake and eat more carbs and crap food. Drink some alcohol the night before as well. Don't work out for a couple days before the lab. These things WILL lower your levels.
So if your are doing theses things regularly then your levels will be lower and just making those life style changes will improve the testosterone levels naturally.
They also will require at least two consecutive blood labs showing low test.

As I understand it, if you begin test therapy, it can NEVER be stopped. Once you begin to boost your test via a non natural method, your body will never recover its production. I have heard this repeatedly from different doctors. It is primarily the reason that I never started.

Not exactly true. One reason you need to be on HCG while on Test. therapy. The hcg keep the testicles producing testosterone naturally. Also there is a peptide that is shown to get the testicles working even after years of steroid abuse, I'm talking much more Test. than you would take for therapy . The peptide is Triptorelin (GnRH). If I remember correctly it's one dose of 100mg of GnRH.
