Texas justice?

the case was dismissed becasue the cop didn't bother to show.

Why the cop didn't show . . . . who knows.

I have had cops find something better to do than hang around court in my cases before with some polite discussion.

Perhaps he had something more deserving of his time than a Class C court case? Do they even issue summons for Class C's?

I've been called before and our courts are on my days off. I still show every time. If I wrote something, I think it's deserving. If for some reason I can't show, the city is able to reset. But I've always shown.
