So, what's up with the new "definition" mentioned in the letter? Y'all notice that?Maybe? The letter specifically refers to the buying and selling of machine guns.
So they came to your door and you voluntarily let them in to have a friendly chat.
I don’t think I would talk to them without an attorney being present. We have seen people accused of lying to the feds get in big trouble. No, my wife answered the door. I was watching on the ring cam because i couldnt see what agency(police or other) they were from. When they said FBI/ATF I called my wife and spoke to them on speakerphone. They did not come in the house, or even ask to come in.

Damn it, you just reminded me that I missed the cookies this year.Well if they did happen to show up here, unless they have a warrant, or are selling Girl Scout cookies, they are trespassing.
So you bought an 80% Glock sear or a 80% DIAS?
I have only seen that letter sent to folks who bought those 80% kits.
And you are telling us that they didn't ask to see it? So many questions!!!How did they know you had a solvent trap? Where did you aquire it?

Facebook. I dont know how they knew.
FB is probably reporting all kinds of stuff to the feds. That, and I figured half of those solvent trap and “fuel filter” ads were posted by feds, and the rest monitored by them.
