Fairly content with my collection at this time and think I got my short list about wrapped up but there are still some that I feel would round things out.

Rem 700 .308, one of the police or target models(top of the list for a reason)

AK47 (just cause I got an AR)

9mm carbine

I'm sure as a cross things off that list I can find something else to add

Man you are going to love that 500 mag. I got mine two weeks ago and love to play with the thing. I started using a glove when shooting it recently though. I used to have an AK but it was a WASR-10 and god did it jam all the time. Not sure why either, no ammo I fed it worked. Ditched it and picked up my M1A last year. Still got my Mini-30 and SKS though since I got about 5000 rounds of 7.62x39.

My list is shorter now that I got like 30 guns.
