Once I take the CCL class do I have to send the application to DPS right away or can I wait for a month if needed? I could not find anything about a time limit on the DPS site.

What if any forms do I need to take to the class with me? Or does it depend on the instructor/school?

I will do the electronic figerprint submission, and was planning on useing the Post Office for the photos, has anyone had issues with the PO photos being rejected?

Last question (for now) any suggestions for a good place to take the class? It will have to be on a weekend for me and I think my FIL will be taking it at the same time.

Thanks in advance for the feedback!

Walgreens also does good passport photos for 8.99. Just need state/govt issued ID for the class. Pen and Paper. I waited 2 months between taking my class and sending the stuff in. Due to a in state move. And had no issues.

YOur certificate you get when you successfully pass the class is valid for two years.

Take paper for notes, a pen, and your DL.

Walgreens and CVS do good passport photos.
