Obviously the forum signed him out automatically for inactivity. If I had a dollar for everytime that happened on a forum I'd have at least 12 dollars.

I've run into that. If you're careful and just back out, you won't lose your text. It'll look, for a second, like you've lost it but it's easy enough to re-edit, be presented with the full text you've written, and then pare it down.

I think this guy could have benefited from lurking more and figuring out what all the buttons were for before quitting. I'm also working on my advanced degree in understatement.

I love page long posts with highly technical data made by a member that blows up on anybody that doesn't think they are a god.
