trust schedule A question

As new toys arrive do I need to retype and have it notarized with each new item or can I just hand write in new items as needed?

Good question. Who did your trust, I would ask them? I would like to know myself and will start poking around.

You need to add the new item to the schedule of property. If I did your trust, I normally provide the schedule "A" in a word format document that allows you to edit it. the new item should be added and the schedule printed and signed.

If David Goldman did your trust, you should hand right the new items into the schedule of property. I do not think you need to re notarize the document until the spaces are all filled up.
