Just an FYI you might want to make sure you contact an attorney with experience with this. I know a few attorneys and none of them wanted anything to do with creating me a trust because they were not familiar with precedents and the items...

Wow..scary.You should have copies of that trust everywhere and scanned on some hard drive also. Sean e-mailed mine to me and I signed and notarized the originals and have them in a fire proof safe. You can then use it to buy more suppressors or register SBR. Good luck..I imagine the ATF might want to check out this guy if they got wind of this.

PS...he may have sent all the proper paper work to me ...but I doubt it , I have scoured my safe and all my paperwork and reciepts for anything on a trust to no avail..from what everone is saying i should have the original Draft
I am very anal about reciepts and paperwork ...and still have paperwork on guns and scopes long since sold many years ago ..just because
This one slipped by me somehow, but I don't believe it was my doing...except for trusting this guy to do things correctly
He said he has kept all copies of his past transactions and should have it , i will keep contacting him if I can ....hopefully he 's good and will come thru
