TSA- You Can't Professionalized Until You Federalize

Sitting at ABIA waiting for first of several flights back to work and I witness this interaction.

Passenger walks up to TSA professional and tries to talk to him. TSA professional yells at passenger "CAN'T YOU SEE I AM ON THE PHONE?! DON'T BOTHER ME!!" Exact quote. Passenger tries again and TSA professional yells again at the passenger. Passenger walks off, professional heads to restroom.

Professional leaves restroom and passenger asks " Can I bother you now?" Professional then rolls his eyes and says "WHAT?" The passenger tells him that a bag has been left unattended on a flight that has departed. TSA professional then gets a nervous look about him and starts making radio calls and goes to investigate the left bag.

I really hope the passenger reports the behavior.
