Just wondering with the possibility of the proposed new law where you would have to register and pay taxes on all your guns that you own, how many would comply. The proposed penalty would be for failing to comply $50,000. fine and 10 years in jail. I would not comply and I would declare that as tyranny. How many of you would refuse and declare tyranny against this corrupt form of socialist democrats?
Everyone who considers responding should think about "paper Trails"

I would say thats all the more reason he should know better. Besides, actual interaction is part of the community building process.
The erroneous poster that called him a FNG is an admitted neckbeard .
Any opportunity to point out his inability to grasp simple reading comprehension is an opportunity to educate the rest of the members here as to his nature.

I have, on good authority, that New York State passed a law that AR rifles were required to be registered.
Only 8,000 were registered out of 250,000.
They were all cops fearful of being turned in by other cops.

I have a permission slip in The Constitution. Not complying. SB541 was filed (2 days ago?) in the Texas house to make Texas a 2A sanctuary state. Let’s hope it passes and protects us from anti 2A unconstitutional federal laws that make come down the pike.

My permission doesn't come from the Constitution. The Constitution simply declares some of my inherent rights (see #9 & #10), but I feel ya.

Exactly. When the founding father's drafted the Constitution, they were simply affirming and recognizing the belief they held that every person's rights came from God or a higher being, and were placing limits on what powers the government had over those rights.

The Constitution as originally written grants no rights to anyone, only that it recognizes rights to be inherent to all people.

I would definitely refuse I took an oath to Defend the constitution against all enemies and that oath does not expire I would rather go down in an empty pile of brass than live in a world with no freedom

    North, south, or central?

You should read a little more before you make retarded comments.

It would appear that you have made an error in judgement. It happens, generally not a huge deal.
How you recover from that error however.......

Would someone let the new guy know that I ain’t the one?

Oh, and welcome to the forum.
