I have a new, unused Regulator Holster from UBG hand made for my Kahr PM45. This is a very low profile OWB holster that is of the best quality and craftsmanship. It wears very comfortably and conceals easily. You can check the UBG website for more info on this model. I sold my Kahr before I could utilize the holster so it has literally never been worn out of the house.
