This has appeared in replies to a couple of threads here, but I think it's worth mentioning to those who may have missed it. GovTrack.us is a site that tracks activities in Congress. It only takes a minute to sign up and select things you'd like to get updates on. For example, I signed up and selected S. 150 My first update came yesterday showing this:
Jan 29, 2013 — New Cosponsors
S. 150: A bill to regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes.
New Cosponsor: Sen. Mazie Hirono [D-HI]
New Cosponsor: Sen. Amy Klobuchar [D-MN]
New Cosponsor: Sen. Al Franken [D-MN]
