Not sure how many of you guy's read out there but I had bought this book awhile ago, Lone Survivor by Marcus Luttrell, and just got around to reading it but I highly recommend it's sad but worth it.
Its on my list as well... I will go for two or three weeks without reading a book and then slam down three or four in a week.... While my wife was in the hospital I ran through WEB Griffins Presidential Agent series and Not a Good Day to Die.... which is a great read about the beginings of Operation Anaconda.
It took me awhile to read cause I bought it and One Ranger Rides Again it and One Ranger are amazing books also. I read it first then the wife wife gave birth to our daughter about mid way through which put me at a standstill for awhile but all in all it took maybe a week to read cause I couldn't put it down.
Read it. After that and seeing some of the SEAL documentaries and BUD/S documentaries, it really drives home the reason why BUD/S is so tough. I just wish I could meet him and shake his hand. Hell, I wish I was worthy of shaking his hand. Guys like that really make me take a look at my own life and think, "What the F have I done with my life?!"
