VFW gun show in Leander?

Anyone heard of this or going? I saw the link on guntrader Austin : Annual Leander VFW Gun Show : Guns for Sale - I figure it'd be pretty small and probably not a "great" show, but it's close and I also figure that the entrance fee would probably go to vets and that I am always okay with. Anyway, you going? You heard of it?

he ad says "Second Annual" - anybody go last year that can give some insight as to how it is?

they had one last year. way too small for us to work, but I did consider it. I emailed the venue coordinator and everything but decided against working it. I believe I heard someone comment last year that they went and it was small but I probably imagine that part.

There's a show down in Conroe which I considered doing on the 11th but maybe i'll think about working this show since we don't have a ton to offer right now....

Last time there were off duty cops standing in front of the door. Said you gotta be over 21 etc. Literally took me 15 to see everything.

I'm not saying drive across Texas for the show, but if you're not doing anything why not get out and support a gun show if you are local?

Im always doing something 50 hr work week, if im not working, Im working on my projects.

When I was there, there wasnt. Might be why those off duty cops were at the front, to check weapons.

Yep parking is free. It was in the last building of the vfw.

Looking at info, nov. 2012 was the last one. It was $50 a table and $5 general admission

6 tables where in there.
